The minimum new account size for our Intelligent Fixed Income, Intelligent Fixed Income IG, Defensive Growth, and Intelligent Blend strategies is $500,000. The minimum new account size for our Intelligent Fixed Income GOV strategy is $250,000. Investors can transfer existing accounts to us for management or start with cash. Fee Schedule*

UIA’s Intelligent Fixed Income, Intelligent Fixed Income IG, Defensive Growth and Intelligent Blend strategies are charged the following tiered rate: for amounts up to $2 million the fee is 1.00 percent annually; for additional amounts greater than $2 million but less than $5 million the fee is reduced to 0.75 percent on those funds, annually; for additional amounts greater than $5 million the fee is further reduced to 0.50 percent on those funds, annually.  UIA’s Intelligent Fixed Income GOV strategy is billed at a flat rate 0.25 percent, annually.

*For new accounts. Fees are paid quarterly in advance. Clients are responsible for transaction costs. Clients can elect to withdraw UIA as account manager at any time. Fees are refunded on a pro rata basis and an account closing fee is assessed. Individual fee arrangements may vary from this schedule.
